The model should be dimensionally accurate, produced from a resin suitable for thermoforming conditions, and correctly washed and post-cured before use. Reducing unnecessary model height can improve material thickness distribution and make the workflow more efficient. Resin-specific washing, curing and heat-resistance requirements should always follow the resin manufacturer’s instructions.
