Can I return an item?

How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are dispatched the same day, with delivery generally estimated at 1–2 business days.
How much is shipping within Australia?
Shipping is free on orders over $200 ex GST. Orders under $200 are charged a flat shipping fee. The current Policies page lists this as $15.00 ex GST.
I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?
Use the forgotten password option on the login page to request a password reset. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email address.
How do I place an order online?
Log in to your Erkodent online account and add the products you require to your cart. Once you’ve finished shopping, proceed through checkout to place your order.
Do the website prices include GST?
No. All website prices are shown in Australian dollars and exclude GST.
My thermoforming unit isn’t working correctly. What should I do?
If your Erkodent unit is malfunctioning, check the power supply, inspect and clean the rubber sealing rings and sensor window and verify the vacuums filter air pressure setting are correct.
