How do you make a clear retainer?

Start with an accurate dental model, either stone or 3D printed. Heat the selected clear thermoforming sheet according to the material program, form it over the model using vacuum or pressure, allow it to cool fully, then remove and trim it to the required margin. Finish the edges smoothly and verify fit, retention and occlusion before delivery.
