Choosing a Thermoforming Machine
Automatic thermoforming machines complete the heating and forming sequence independently after the operator initiates the program. Whilst manual machines require the user to be present during the heating sequence and move the foil into position over the model at the end of heating cycle. Automation can improve consistency, reduce operator dependence and free staff from watching the sheet throughout the heating cycle. A manual machine may still be entirely suitable for lower-volume use or experienced operators.
