There is no universal temperature for all dental thermoforming materials. PETG, EVA, TPU and multilayer sheets have different forming ranges, and thickness also affects the heating cycle. Use the program or temperature specified by the material manufacturer. Applying one temperature to every sheet can cause poor adaptation, bubbles or excessive thinning.
