Why do bubbles appear in thermoforming material?

Bubbles can be caused by overheating, moisture in moisture-sensitive materials, contamination or unsuitable storage. Repeated bubbling should prompt a review of the material’s storage conditions and the heating program. Do not compensate by forming earlier or later without first identifying the cause, as this can create additional fit or thickness problems.
