Material Thickness
The appropriate thickness depends on the type of splint, available interocclusal space and required rigidity. Erkodur is available across a broad range for adjusted hard splints, while Erkoloc-pro is used in thicker hard/soft splint applications. The starting thickness should allow for material loss during forming and for any subsequent occlusal adjustment.
