Why are there bubbles in my thermoformed sheet?

Overheating, absorbed moisture and contamination are common causes of bubbling. Confirm that the material has been stored correctly and that the selected heating program matches the sheet type and thickness. If the problem repeats with multiple sheets, also check the heater and temperature-control system rather than assuming the batch of material is faulty.
