Why is the material too thin around the incisors?

The incisors are often the highest and most prominent area of the model, so the heated sheet must stretch farther to cover them. This produces greater thinning. Reduce unnecessary model height, avoid excessive model inclination and position the anterior teeth as vertically as practical. Starting material thickness may also need to be reviewed.
