How much is shipping within Australia?

Shipping is free on orders over $200 ex GST. Orders under $200 are charged a flat shipping fee. The current Policies page lists this as $15.00 ex GST.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are dispatched the same day, with delivery generally estimated at 1–2 business days.

Can I return an item?

Yes.

Eligible products can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of the invoice date, provided they are unopened and undamaged. Shipping costs are not refunded.

Submit the Returns Form and the team will respond within one working day.
