Erkoflex is a soft, flexible EVA material that can be laminated in layers to create a custom mouthguard. Playsafe Triple and Playsafe Triple Light combine the layers into a single ready-made blank, eliminating the need to laminate the layers individually. Playsafe Triple is 5.5 mm thick, while the slimmer Playsafe Triple Light is 4.1 mm thick.

Erkoflex allows you to build and laminate the mouthguard layers individually. Playsafe Triple combines the required layers into one pre-laminated blank, making fabrication quicker and easier while maintaining a multi-layer mouthguard construction.
