Correct Erkodent thermoforming settings (heating time, temperature and cooling time) are built into the internal database of modern Erkodent Units. Simply select the specie foil name and thickness on the digital display. For older units, check the material data sheet or unit instructions. 

Both offer automated pressure forming. Erkopress motion connects to an existing compressed-air supply, while Erkopress ci motion has an integrated compressor.

If your Erkodent unit is malfunctioning, check the power supply, inspect and clean the rubber sealing rings and sensor window and verify the vacuums filter air pressure setting are correct.
